Coaching for people who want structure without restarting all the time.

I know what it feels like to try to do everything right and still feel like it doesn't stick. You train for a while. Eat better for a while. Get disciplined. Then life happens and you're back where you started.

I don't think the problem is always discipline. Very often the plan simply doesn't fit the person who has to live with it. It works when the week is perfect, but not when work, hunger, stress and the weekend show up.

That's why I want to understand your real life first. What do you eat? When do you lose control? What happens when you're tired? What happens on weekends? From there, I make it easier to choose right more often.

This isn't about becoming perfect. It's about finally stopping the restart cycle.

This isn't theory. I started training seriously at 20, lost 25 kg myself and built muscle back up — after trying most of the things that didn't work. Hybrid training, strength and conditioning together, is what I landed on. That's where the coaching came from: I want to help others get it right from the start, without the detours I took.

Training should be clear enough to get done.

I decide how often, how hard and what to do when your body or calendar pushes back. It doesn't need to be more complicated than that.

Nutrition

Food should feel less chaotic.

I make it clearer what to eat more of, what to stop overthinking and how to handle weekends without feeling like everything is ruined.

Coaching

I follow up when it doesn't go as planned.

That's usually where coaching matters most. Not when everything is easy, but when you miss, delay, overthink or make it harder than it needs to be.

    You get a training plan, nutrition structure and clear guidelines built around your schedule. Everything lives in an app so you carry it with you.

  3. 03 Week 2 onwards Weekly work

    You train, eat and log. I'm close by over messages for questions that come up, and every week we review what happened.

  4. 04 Ongoing Adjustment

    When something doesn't work, we change it. When something works, we build on it. The plan is alive, not a template to be followed blindly.

How does the coaching work?

All coaching is online. You get a training plan, nutrition structure and weekly check-ins through an app and messages. That means we can work together no matter where you live — and you have me close by when the week gets messy, not just once a week in a gym.

What does it cost?

I go through the price on the first call. By then I understand your goal and what you actually need, and can show you what the setup costs and why. The call is free.

How long do I need to commit?

At least three months. It isn't to lock you in — real changes in training, nutrition and routine take time to build. In less time we don't get to see what trips you up, adjust the plan and create something that holds up after we stop working together.

When will I see results?

Clearer habits and better energy usually show within a few weeks. Visible physical change takes longer — typically 8–12 weeks before it really starts to show, depending on where you start and what your week looks like. I'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your starting point.
